Epic Pelagic Encounters

The Azores archipelago is located in the heart of the gulf stream, 900 miles off the coast of Portugal on the edge of the European continental shelf.
Teeming with marine life, the islands of Pico and Faial are some of the most interesting and diverse in the world.
Diving at this location means stunning summertime visibility — over 40 meters — to find schools of tuna, mackerel, barracuda, along with the amazing mako and blue sharks.
Additional reef species will be observed such as groupers, snappers, moray eels, rays, invertebrates, and crustaceans.
When you add the possibility of finding sea turtles, mola mola, and varied dolphin species, this adventure becomes a visual feast and spectacular photographic opportunity.
Join us on this scouting expedition and be the first to capture images of the breathtaking blue and mako shark in temperate waters.
